Find, negotiate, and book loads from your phone.
100,000+ loads a day in one feed. AI Dispatch ranks the best ones for your truck, checks the broker against your factoring company, and writes the offer.

Used by owner-operators, drivers and dispatchers across the US
How it works
Search. Check. Ask.
Set the lane yourself, or describe the run and let AI Dispatch find it.

01
Set your lane.
Pick up from a city, a state, or a whole zone. Leave the destination open to see everything moving out of it, set the dates you want to run, and the matching loads come back ranked.

02
See load details.
Every load opens with a map, the broker's standing with your factoring company, the market rate for that lane next to what the broker is offering, and the toll cost on each route option.

03
Ask AI Dispatch.
Or skip the filters entirely. Tell AI Dispatch the run you want in plain language and it comes back with its top three, and why it picked each one.
Load detail
Know the load before you answer it.
The things that decide whether a load is worth taking sit on the same screen as the load — not three apps away.
Broker checked against your own factoring company.
Choose your factor once — RTS, Triumph, WEX, Engaged Financial and others are supported — and every load tells you whether that broker clears.

Market rate, next to the broker's number. See what the lane is paying right now beside what you are being offered, before you decide what to come back with.

Tolls, priced per route. Numeo costs the tolls on each route option and puts them side by side, so the number you send is the number you keep.

AI Dispatch · free, unlimited
Ask for the load you want.
Type it the way you would say it — "Chicago to Dallas, reefer, around $2,800" — and AI Dispatch reads it like a dispatcher would.
Its top three, and why it picked them.
Not a list of two hundred. Ask it to justify a pick, change your criteria mid-search, or rule out a region, and it re-searches on the spot. Past conversations on one side, the emails it drafted for you on the other.

Free for everyone, every time. No tier, no monthly cap, no add-on. AI Dispatch and AI load ranking are in the app from the first day, on the free plan.
Weekly planning, if you want it. Tell us how you want the week to run and Numeo plans it with you — the lanes, the timing, and what to hold out for.
Amazon loads · in the app only
Freight the other apps skip.
Amazon runs on its own flow, and box trucks on another. Both are in the app, and Amazon is nowhere else in Numeo.
Amazon freight, on the phone.
Amazon's own trailer list, the work opportunity type — run, trip, or one-way — and the stop count. Open a load and you get the same detail as anywhere else in the app.

Box trucks get their own flow. Origin, destination, date, then box-truck equipment — Sprinter, cargo van and the rest. Get verified, then start bidding.

Your boards, in the same feed. Truckstop, Parade and HappyRobot are connected out of the box. Link the board accounts you already pay for and their loads land alongside everything else.
Load Radar
Be there when it posts.
The load you wanted was gone before you refreshed. Set it up ahead of time instead.
Set the lane. Numeo watches for it.
Pick the origin, destination and date you want, and Numeo tells you the moment a match appears — push, Telegram, or email, as often or as rarely as you choose.

Talk to it while you drive. AI Voice is the same assistant, out loud. Ask what a lane is paying, ask it to search again, ask it why it picked that load — in English, Russian, Uzbek, Spanish, Hindi, Polish or Serbian.

One inbox for all of it. Every message the app sends or receives — written by you or drafted by AI — sits in one place. Connect the inbox you already use, or take an address from Numeo.
More reasons it stays on your home screen.
Connected boards. Truckstop, Parade and HappyRobot are connected out of the box. Link the board accounts you already pay for and their loads join the same feed.
Truckloads and box trucks. Full truckload search, plus a separate flow for Sprinters, cargo vans and the rest — then bid and confirm.
Email, your way. Connect the inbox you already use, or take an address from Numeo. A personal account is never required.
One inbox. Every message the app sends or receives — written by you or drafted by AI — sits in one place.
Saved loads and templates. Save a load to come back to. Keep your own email templates in your profile.
Share with your dispatcher. Send a load straight to whoever books for you.
Numeo Community. An in-app forum for drivers and dispatchers, monitored by our team.
The Numeo App is a free iOS and Android app for owner-operators, company drivers and dispatchers. It puts 100,000+ loads a day into one feed. Set your pickup, trailer and date, look through what matches, check the broker and the market rate, and send the offer — or book the load yourself.
Yes. Downloading it is free, searching is free, and AI Dispatch is free and unlimited on every plan including Free. The Go, Max and Platinum plans raise the search limit and open full detail on Amazon loads.
It doesn't book anything on its own. You can book a load yourself in the app, and the app will write and send the offer email to the broker for you — but nothing is committed without you doing it.
It's load search in plain language: describe the run you want and it returns its top three matches with the reasoning behind each one. You can push back, change your criteria mid-search, or ask for a human dispatcher. It's free and unlimited for every user — there's no tier for it.
You pick your factoring company in your profile, and every load then shows whether that broker clears with them. RTS, Triumph, WEX and Engaged Financial are among those supported. You can also block a broker or log an issue against one without leaving the load.
Truckstop, Parade and HappyRobot are connected by default, and you can link the board accounts you already pay for so their loads land in the same feed.
Yes, and only in the app. Amazon has its own flow with Amazon's trailer list, the work opportunity type (run, trip or one-way), and the stop count. Full detail on Amazon loads is on the paid plans.
A dispatch service takes a cut of every load you run and decides what you haul. The app does the searching, the broker checking and the offer writing, and leaves the decision — and the money — with you.
